Some computers in an office will work just fine but a few will not.Simplehelp gives you unattended access and also a nice interface for remote support. Does not require many resources either on the host or the Client computer. So far I have been very happy with Simplehelp and there is not yearly cost unless you want to keep getting updates and the renewal costs are quite a bit less then the first purchase.
