We have been here for some years. In general, we do not have much complain against the community of this apartment complex. The residents in the apartment are nice and the location is not so bad. However, we have issues against the personnel who work at the Savannahs at the James Landing. Coffee is always the best morning motivation! The complex is located in a very undesirable and unsafe neighborhood with limited or no access to local attractions and services. They send the residences threatening letters, do not fix problems in a timely manner, and are generally unprofessional. They have NO RESIDENT LOYALTY or NO RESPECT to the residents.
