Usps package stuck in transit for a month

Hi nice people. My USPS package has been stuck "In transit to destination" for almost a month. Do you know anyway I can see if my package has even left the US to put pressure on my national customs in that case? I am In Chile so I cannot call or contact a local post office of usps.
